Day 13~Thirty days of gratitude

So much to be grateful for today.....a beautiful drive up the coast yesterday with a magical sunset
some tacos with my love at Guzman y Gomez in Newtown, Sydney....

staying at a very cute apartment in Newtown close to the train station....
The fact that mi amor is actually starting to get used to my random requests for selfies...this one is pretty cool dont you think?

Getting to hear one of my greatest mentors and spiritual teachers speak at the Hay House convention. yes that's the beautiful Wayne Dyer levitating just above my left shoulder whispering words of wisdom...

relaxing at Darling Harbour with Marco after a lunch of kebabs and falafels and narrowly missing losing it all to marauding seagulls. Grateful to be with a man who, even after nearly losing his lunch to a seagull thug still left his last two chips to give to them.....

and of course the craftsmen in him needed me to take multiple photos of the comfy chairs provided to the public in one of the park areas at Darling Harbour...new project coming up!!

We then had the pleasure of listening to the last speaker of the day Joe Di Spenza and he was nothing short of awesome......

I will leave you with some of my favourite ideas from Joe this afternoon before we head out for some sushi with an old friend we haven't seen for ages....

*we have 60000-70000 thoughts per day and 90% of them are the same ones we had yesterday.
Same thoughts lead to same choices, lead to same behaviour, lead to same experiences.

*Every atom is made of 99.99999999999 % empty space. This is where the realm of infinite possibilities lies!

*Memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom.

* the greatest habit we have to break is the habit of being ourselves.

and last but not least....

*The greatest fast you could ever go on. Stop complaining! :))

hasta manana..time for sushi!!

lots of love Tracy xoxo
